Park It Right: Car Challenge

Effective August 10, 2026 · Last updated August 10, 2026

Park It Right: Car Challenge does not ask you to register, sign in, or give us any personal information. Your progress stays on your phone. The only data leaving your device is what Google needs in order to show adverts in the game.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Android app Park It Right: Car Challenge (package com.wisam.parkitright), published by Wisam Ali in Iraq. In this policy, “the game”, “we” and “us” mean that app and its developer.

It does not cover any other app, or any website you reach by tapping an advert.

What the game stores on your device

The game saves a small amount of information in your device’s local storage so it can remember where you got to:

  • Which levels you have unlocked, and the stars you earned on each
  • Whether you muted the sound

This information never leaves your phone. We cannot see it, and it is not linked to you or to any identifier. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage in Android settings deletes it.

Adverts

The game shows occasional full-screen adverts supplied by Google AdMob. To do this, Google’s advertising software collects information directly from your device. Depending on your settings and where you live, this can include:

  • Your device’s advertising ID (a resettable identifier, not your name)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Device type, operating system version, language and network information
  • Which adverts were shown, and whether you interacted with them

Google acts as an independent data controller for this. How Google handles it is described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We do not receive this data. We see only aggregate reporting in the AdMob dashboard, such as totals for impressions and revenue, with no information about individual players.

What we do not do

  • No accounts, logins, or email addresses
  • No analytics or crash-reporting software
  • No access to your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location
  • We do not sell your data or build profiles about you

Your choices

Advertising ID. Open Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device. You can reset your advertising ID, which disconnects it from past activity, or delete it entirely, which stops apps from using it for personalised advertising.

Consent in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. If you are in one of these regions, the game shows a consent screen the first time you play, provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform. You choose there whether adverts may be personalised. You can change your answer at any time from the in-game menu. If you decline, you will still see adverts, but they will be non-personalised.

Removing everything. Uninstalling the game removes all data it stored on your device.

Legal bases for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our legal bases are:

  • Consent — for personalised advertising, collected through the consent screen described above
  • Legitimate interests — for showing non-personalised adverts and preventing advertising fraud, so the game can be offered free of charge

Children

This game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will look into it.

Retention and international transfers

We hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Data collected by Google for advertising is retained under Google’s own schedule and may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States, using the safeguards described in Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data should be directed to Google. If you contact us first, we will point you to the right place.

California residents. We do not sell personal information. Sharing an advertising identifier with Google for cross-context behavioural advertising may be treated as “sharing” under the CPRA; you can opt out by deleting your advertising ID as described above.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes affecting how data is used will also be noted in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
